| Abstract:
The occurence of shoot regeneration of in vitro germinating seeds has been demonstrated for a great number of different ornamental plants. The examined characteristic showed a great variability between i) species ii) cultivars and iii) different genotypes within cultivars. After two or three months regeneration produced between one and 60 shoots from a single germinating seed. | |
