| Abstract:
The model analyzed in this paper is already operated in practise by the citrus industry in Israel. As we are very limited in the length of the paper on one hand, and as the model is quite a sophisticated one, to our judgement, we find it useful to give up the theoretical introduction and step right into the description and analysis of our case. We believe that it can serve as model for other industries in the perishable goods sectors, and especially, of course, those who are highly export-oriented. So we will start by introducing the nature of the market and the structure of the model. | |
