| Abstract:
Swedish processors of vegetable products mostly purchase the raw material through contract cultivation from private farmers. The contract growers are organized in local unions for each processor and these small unions are co-operating in a central organization for the whole country /KRF/ which belongs to Swedish Farmers Union /LRF/, an unpolitical federation for all Swedish farmers. Through negotiations the contract conditions are fixed year for year. | |
