Abstract:
Through three years, from 1984 to 1987 seven pea cultivars were tested in autumn sowing field trials.
Two of them Facima and Frimas had a good winter hardiness, and yielded 5 721 kg/ha in the average of three years from autumn sowing.
In Yugoslavia the start of harvest of Facima from autumn sowing /at the end of October, beginning of November/ can be moved five to six days earlier, comparing to early spring cultivars, and in this way the usually short harvesting season is prolonged.
