Abstract:
Local Ethiopian mustard selections were more resistant to blackrot (mean range of infected plants 13–17%) than exotic rape cultivars (89–99%). Preliminary results showed that neither the mustard nor the rape cultivars were fully resistant to turnip mosaic virus (TuMV), but they differed in susceptibility.
