CARNATION PRODUCTION IN KENYA

Abstract:
The main production areas are concentrated in the Rift Valley some seventy km south of the Equator. Miniatures are grown without protection in the open at an altitude of 1800 m. Standards are grown under polythene structures at a higher altitude of 2700 m.
