| Abstract:
The Expert System (E.S.) on Carnation diseases covers microbial diseases, problems caused by blight, diseases caused by errors of cultivation. The Carnation disease Experts who participated in this E.S. included 6 specialists from the INRA Research Center in Antibes. The Carnation E.S. is able to diagnose Sim variety 50 diseases. It can ask up to 177 questions, using 329 rules and 105 added Lisp functions. It can explain its reasoning in case of success or failure to diagnose. | |
