Abstract:
Percent germination, seed moisture, fresh and dry weight, seedling length and peroxidase activity decline with increase in storage period in cabbage, radish, cauliflower, onion, okra and pea.
Leachates show positive relationship with loss of viability.
Radish can be stored for more than 21 months while onion seeds start losing viability after 3 months.
