Callus was obtained by IN VITRO culture of primary explants excised from plane-tree young stems. We got IN VITRO regeneration of plantlets with axillary buds as primary explants and tested the resistance of IN VITRO culture tissues to a culture filtrate of CERATOCYSTIS FIMBRIATA. | |
