Abstract:
The acclimatization of plant material is one of the most important factors in successfull micropropagation.
The acclimatization of Nephrolepis exaltata "Teddy Junior" is very delicate in that it very easily dehydrates when transferred in vivo.
In this paper we have studied the influence of the size of the plant, thickness of stem, size of cells and the existence or not of roots on acclimatization.
