Abstract:
Acclimatization of aseptically micropropagated woody plants is the crucial problem of a large scale multiplication.
Plant quality (size and roots), seasonal differences, the use of air-humidification versus intermittent mist proved to be the most important factors of survival.
If acclimatized till mid-June, rootstocks could be grafted in August; self-rooted varieties can be planted like one year old maiden trees.
