| Abstract:
Callus was induced in shoot tips of peach plants on MS medium supplemented with 0.5 mg/1 of 2,4-D. However, luxuriant callus growth was obtained when MS was supplemented with BAP and 2,4-D. The addition of CM to the medium did not help in either callus induction or its further growth. | |
