| Abstract:
Systems for sowing germinated and ungerminated seeds through plastic mulch are presented. New developments in mechanical sowing of dry coated, gel coated or uncoated seeds relative to plug-mix, gel and gel-mix planting are evaluated. Research on singulation of sprouted seeds for fluid sowing and equipment for punching and burning holes in plastic are discussed. | |
