Abstract:
Myrobalan seedlings of 23 varieties and forms were tested as dwarfing and productive rootstocks.
Apricot seedlings served as control.
We have established that apricot variety growth on myrobalan seedlings is more depressed than on apricot seedlings.
No signs of incompatibility for any grafting combinations were revealed.
Myrobalan seedlings were more dry-resistant than the control in unfavourable growing conditions.
Among apricot seedlings the varieties Khargie and Sateni revealed relative dry-resistance.
