THE INFLUENCE OF 32°, 21°, 4° OR 27°, 18°, 10° OR 21°, 17°, 13°C LIGHT/DARK TEMPERATURE COMBINATIONS DURING THE VARIOUS GROWTH PHASES OF THE EASTER LILY (LILIUM LONGIFLORUM THUNB.)

Abstract:
Regardless of developmental stage, for Lilium longiflorum 'Nellie White' plants, the range of acceptable forcing temperatures is very narrow.
At 13°C, development is slowed.
Above 21°C, flower bud numbers are reduced (abortions increased), regardless if rate of development is hastened with some growth phases.
