Abstract:
The effects of plant densities from 0.7 to 3.1 plants m-2 on production and mean fruit weight were investigated.
Plants were trained according to the umbrella system (V-system)- or as cordons.
Data are presented on early-, late- and final production and mean fruit weight.
There were significant differences in production and mean fruit weight between the two training systems.
The effect of density on production and mean fruit weight decreases with time.
