| Abstract:
Increasing labour costs and heating costs in glasshouses ask for changings in using the glasshouse area. The plant production area must be increased and the means of transportation will be automated. All influences in a glasshouse on the named objectives will be investigated and calculated. The natural data of plant production areas and the labour time requirement for handling and transportation of pot plants are necessary for cost calculation. An example is calculated for a 4 800 m2 glasshouse block. | |
