| Abstract:
A conception of planning and controlling labour management is presented. The developed calculation models are a reproduction of the work systems in reality. With the assistance of these models, planning data can be worked out as a fundamental position for management decisions. The basic course of a calculation is described. The results of calculations can be used for different fields of decisions. The calculation models include the influences of individual variables of an enterprise. An example of calculation shows the effects of favourable or less favourable combinations of structural data. | |
