With the establishment of budgeting handbooks for Advisers in ADAS the Farm Management Department is seeking ways to improve the quality of the information they contain. An investigation into price trend forecasting is described and the means of updating variable costs. The approach to labour planning is discussed and the new computer network system for Advisers is described. | |
