EVOLUTION OF WISHES AND POSSIBILITIES IN SOIL DISINFESTATION |

| Abstract:
Soil disinfection has known a fabulous explosion 25 years ago as precultural phytosanitary standard. During ten years now we have remarked a kind of stagnation, the same stagnation that can be found in the cultural phytopharmaceutics. To same extent this can be explained by a more critical attitude towards consumption and work. Agriculture has extended in a period of economic expansion, in which special attention was being paid to effectiveness of phytopharmaceutics, being the result vs. pathogenes and/or parasites. As in human and animal medicine -look at the recognition procedure in time and costs - today more dedication is claimed while investigating efficiency and side-effects of the products. We will be so free as to make a closer analysis of these three parameter groups that are integrating with each other, as far as their problems are concerned, in the evolution of soil disinfestation.
