The production plan contains a description of the expected production in the future.
The plan is worked out on the basis of the available informations and your own estimations.
To make a plan we have to know the production time and the demand of area.
Furthermore we have to know the comsumption of resources, their prices and the prices of the products.
Finally we have to notice the restrictions on area, labour, sale and cuttings.
The sources of data come from different areas, but the most important is the information given by the grower.
Beside this we get our information from the registrations done by the Institute of Glasshouse Crops, Arslev.
Of other sources we use the economical investigations published by D.E.G., and standard tables of physical factors.
The registration in the nursery ought to be done by the grower.
Organising the collection you should select the data which influence the gross margin considerably and use standard figures for the rest.
