| Abstract:
Blond Caraway : The Caraway fruit is obtained from a bi-annual species. It is replace more and more by blond caraway, an annual species. Its essential oil content is plainly lower but the compound is identical. This means that it is the same species. The blond caraway is Carum carvi L. var. annuum.
