Abstract:
Medicinal plants grown on natural area were sayed to have higher quality than those taken into culture.
Wild flower collection however may no longer meet the demand of increasing consumption.
Improving, cultural methods by fertilization requires investigation of nutrient concentration and withdrawal from soil as well as of active principle's modification during ontogenesis.
Out of fertilizer experiments conducted at Rauischholzhausen Research Station examples are given to indicate the importance of the relation between amount of fertilizer nutrient and plant age, soil quality and water supply as well.
