| Abstract:
The increased activities in vegetable production have led to an interest in the production of vegetable seeds. The development of a successful vegetable seed industry requires financial aid and investment. There are a number of activities which should be explored in the Sudan in order to improve the quality and quantity of vegetable seeds produced. These include training schemes, documentation of technical requirements, exploring methods of improving pollination and investigating modern techniques for vernalizing seed crops. | |
