| Abstract:
The gustatory qualities of apples are inferior if the fruits are picked too early. If apples are picked after the optimal harvesting date seldom the gustatory quality but the storage ability is reduced. Acceptable reductions of gustatory quality and manipulations of ripening processes are discussed in this paper. | |
