| Abstract:
The development of storage capacities in the apple growing regions of the EEC apparently has come to an end. In lack of special statistics on fruit storage capacities, a survey is given on the development of apple stocks on 1 December taken from monthly reports of EEC fruit growers' organizations. The stagnation of the apple storage development may be caused by considerable reductions of storage profits, as is shown in the case of the Lake of Constance region. | |
