| Abstract:
Planning the development of a horticultural farm is a time-consuming process of solving complex and unstructured problems. Having participated within planning processes, the author had exceptional opportunities to learn about real planning problems and to develope planning instruments under practical conditions. The author's experiences in this empirical approach and some results of it will be presented here. | |
