DRIP AND SPRINKLE IRRIGATION - COMPARISON ON TOMATO YIELD |

| Abstract:
The purpose of this trial is to compare the effect of drip or trickle irrigation on tomato yield. Sprinkle irrigation is the model. The trial took place in a field of 1.000 m2. One half was sprinkled at 100% maximal Evapotranspiration (ETM). The other one was dripped with two liter drippers following 4 rates: 100, 90, 80, 70% ETM. Water supplies were given by evapotranspirometers driven like the culture. | |
