| Abstract:
The performance of a 0.54 hectare greenhouse heated by 1 000m2 of solar collectors has been evaluated for two full heating seasons. It has been found that energy conservation depends upon an effective insulation system and management practices which exploit the full potential of the solar system. Fuel savings of 73 percent for the fall 1979 and 69 percent for the spring 1980 season were achieved. | |
