| Abstract:
In the course of the past years, the issue of waterusage by the plants and the dynamic behaviour of this usage, has become of great interest, not only to researchers but also to the practical grower. In the past, researchers were interested in this subject, because it should fit in their dynamic mathematical models for plants and greenhouses. At this moment, growers are getting interested because of an increasing amount of problems, introduced by the high air humidity in low-energy consuming greenhouses. These increasing problems of the growers are the reason that a project has been started, in which researchers of several institutes for horticultural research are cooperated to develop measuring equipment for some plantparameters, in future to be used in practice by growers. | |
